HOT MELT / PARTS & TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Hot melt parts. The whole system in view.

Tanks, applicators, modules, filters, heated hoses, pumps and nozzles. STT combines parts supply with repair and rebuild assessment, so the next step fits both the component and its application.

    Nozzles & application heads

Functional overview, not an installation drawing. Equipment layouts and filtration points vary.

Start with the application, not just the part.

The same-looking component may operate under different conditions. Tell us what the adhesive system does on your line and what needs to change.

01

Packaging & converting

Describe the substrate, adhesive pattern and line speed, whether the process seals cartons or bonds layered materials.

02

Assembly & product manufacture

Share the joint, dispensing method and required repeatability. Include the adhesive specification where available.

03

Other hot melt applications

Send the equipment details and process requirements. We confirm the relevant scope rather than assuming suitability.

A part number is a starting point. Operating data completes the picture.

A photograph can help identify a component, but appearance alone does not establish compatibility. We may need drawings, measurements or a sample before proposing supply.

Identification
Part number, equipment type and clear photographs of the assembly and connections.
Operating conditions
Adhesive or medium, temperature, pressure and electrical requirements where relevant.
Mechanical fit
Connection type, mounting dimensions and the available drawing or sample.
Purchasing requirement
Quantity, destination, requested date and whether you need supply, repair or both.

FAQ

Before you enquire

Can you help without a part number?

Yes. Start with clear photographs, equipment details and any dimensions you have. We will identify what else is needed. A final selection may require a drawing, sample or inspection.

Do you supply parts as well as repair them?

Yes. You can enquire about parts supply, repair or both. The available option depends on identification, condition and application. We confirm the scope and availability for each enquiry.

Can I send a list of different parts?

Yes. Include a reference or description and quantity for each item. Mark urgent items and note any missing information so we can review the list systematically.

Is a visually similar part compatible?

Not necessarily. Materials, seals, dimensions, electrical connections and operating conditions can differ. Compatibility is confirmed after technical review, not from appearance alone.

Where can I see drawings and prices?

Public pages describe our scope. Product photographs, drawings and customer-specific commercial information are reserved for individually approved disclosure. The client portal is in preparation; submitting an enquiry does not grant access.
